Home Time: Typically out for 1-2 weeks depending on location and freight. We aim for weekly home time, but two-week periods may occur. Our schedule runs Monday to Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained and no older than three years, featuring Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks come equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, allowing drivers to take trucks and trailers home with secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads are 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads, with 70% drop and hook operations to minimize dock waiting times.

Pay and Miles: Earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 per week based on your hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles weekly. Our base rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for reaching 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Our routes primarily cover areas east of I-35, offering dedicated drivers the potential for 3,000 miles per week. Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins the first month after 60 days, along with vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. Drivers become eligible for dedicated accounts after 90 days.
