Home Time: Typically, drivers are out for 1-2 weeks at a time, depending on freight and location. We strive for weekly home time, but occasional 2-week stretches may occur. Our schedule runs from Monday through Saturday, allowing for a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet, consisting of Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models, is well-maintained and no older than three years. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, allowing drivers to take their truck and trailer home, ensuring secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads are managed with 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock waiting times. Our freight is 100% no-touch, primarily focusing on automotive freight for optimal efficiency.

Pay and Miles: Expect to earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 per week based on hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles weekly. The base rate starts at .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a monthly performance bonus of $750 ($0.09 CPM) for safe driving of 8,000 miles.

Running Area: Our routes primarily extend east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential to achieve 3,000 miles per week. Consistent freight lanes guarantee reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance coverage begins on the first of the month after 60 days of employment. Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, you may also qualify for dedicated accounts.
