Home Time: Typically, drivers are out for 1-2 weeks depending on location and freight. We aim for weekly home time; however, 2-week periods may occur. Our schedule runs Monday through Saturday with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained, with trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each vehicle is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home, providing secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads consist of 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock waiting time. Enjoy 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Average earnings range from $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly based on your hiring location, with mileage between 2,500-2,800 miles weekly. The base pay rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, along with a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, dedicated drivers may cover up to 3,000 miles each week. Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance starts the first month following a 60-day waiting period. Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. Drivers become eligible for dedicated accounts after 90 days.
