Dry Van Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs - Hendersonville, TN

Are you a CDL-A driver looking for a fulfilling independent contractor role that offers excellent pay and modern equipment? At American Trucking Group, we provide 1099 positions with refrigerated routes across all 48 states, ensuring substantial earning potential. Home Time:

  • Spend 3-4 weeks on the road followed by 4-5 days at home, allowing you to maximize earnings while enjoying quality time with family.

Equipment:

  • Drive late-model Freightliner Cascadia trucks featuring diesel APU, inverters, mini fridges, and TV mounts, ensuring comfort during long trips.

No Touch Freight:

  • Handle refrigerated freight with 100% no-touch operations across all states, including routes on the East Coast and in the Pacific Northwest.

Pay and Miles:

  • Average weekly earnings range from $1,600 to $1,800, with a pay rate of $0.60 CPM and an additional $50 stop pay. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is available, paid as $150 per week for the first 10 weeks, plus a 10% profit-sharing bonus at the year's end.

Running Area:

  • Drive OTR covering all 48 states, with diverse refrigerated freight opportunities for maximum earning potential.

Benefits:

  • Join as a 1099 independent contractor with a passenger policy for ages 18 and older at no extra cost. A pet policy is also available with a refundable $500 deposit based on truck condition upon return.
