Home Time: Drivers are typically out for 1-2 weeks at a time, depending on location and freight. While we strive for weekly home time, occasional 2-week stretches may occur. The schedule operates Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet includes well-maintained trucks no older than three years, featuring Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, allowing drivers to take their truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads consist of 70% drop and hook operations, significantly reducing dock waiting times. We guarantee 100% no-touch freight, primarily automotive loads for efficient logistics.

Pay and Miles: Expect an average weekly income of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 based on the hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles driven weekly. The base rate is set at .45, .50, or .55 CPM, with an additional $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Our routes are primarily located east of I-35, with dedicated drivers potentially covering up to 3,000 miles weekly. Consistent freight lanes ensure dependable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month after 60 days. Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. Drivers qualify for dedicated accounts after 90 days.
