Home Time: Typically out for 1-2 weeks, depending on location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, but 2-week periods may occasionally happen. Our schedule operates from Monday to Saturday, allowing for a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: We maintain a fleet of trucks that are no older than three years, featuring models like Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner. All trucks come equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home with secure parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight: All our dry van loads include 70% drop and hook operations, reducing dock waiting times. It’s 100% no-touch freight, primarily comprising automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Average earnings are $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 per week, based on your hiring location, with weekly mileage between 2,500 and 2,800 miles. Base rates are .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for completing 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, with opportunities for up to 3,000 miles per week for dedicated drivers. Our consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. We provide vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program, with eligibility for dedicated accounts after 90 days.
