Home Time: Typically, drivers are out for 1-2 weeks, depending on their location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, though two-week periods may occasionally occur. Our schedule runs Monday to Saturday, allowing for a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet consists of well-maintained trucks that are no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home, ensuring secured parking.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads involve 70% drop and hook operations, reducing waiting times at docks. Our freight is 100% no-touch, primarily consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Expect to earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly, depending on your hiring location, with weekly miles ranging from 2,500 to 2,800. The base rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a monthly performance bonus of $750 ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles each month.

Running Area: Routes are primarily located east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential to cover up to 3,000 miles weekly. Our consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance coverage begins on the first of the month following 60 days. Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program, with eligibility for dedicated accounts after 90 days.
