Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Hibbing, MN
HMD Trucking is actively seeking skilled OTR Solo CDL A Dry Van Drivers to transport freight across the nation from Hibbing. We provide attractive mileage compensation starting at 60 CPM, with weekly averages around 2,500 miles. Plus, you'll earn bonuses for safe driving, pristine inspections, and referrals.
What We Offer:
- Modern trucks under 3 years old equipped with APUs, inverters, and sleepers.
- Consistent in-house maintenance support for your vehicle.
- Home every three weeks.

If you hold a CDL A license and have at least 12 months of driving experience, come aboard HMD for competitive earnings, reliable freight, and a supportive team focused on safety and success.
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights home
