Home Time:

• Generally out 1-2 weeks at a time, depending on location and freight.
• We strive for weekly home time, although two-week periods may occur.
• Runs are scheduled from Monday to Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment:

• Our fleet consists of well-maintained trucks, no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579, International, and Freightliner models.
• Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems.
• Drivers can take their trucks and trailers home, with secured parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight:

• All dry van loads involve 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock wait times.
• 100% no-touch freight primarily consists of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles:

• Average weekly pay ranges from $1,350 to $1,600, depending on your hiring location.
• Drivers typically cover 2,500-2,800 miles each week.
• Base pay ranges from .45 to .55 CPM, plus a monthly performance bonus of $750 ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area:

• Primarily east of I-35 with opportunities for dedicated drivers to achieve up to 3,000 miles per week.
• Reliable freight lanes ensure consistent mileage and earning potential.

Benefits:

• Health insurance begins the first of the month following 60 days.

• Eligible for dedicated accounts after 90 days.
