Home Time: Our drivers typically work out for 1-2 weeks, depending on location and freight. We aim for weekly home time, although two-week periods may happen. Our schedule runs Monday to Saturday with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: We maintain a fleet of well-kept trucks that are no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck comes equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their trucks and trailers home, with responsibility for secured parking.

No Touch Freight: All loads are dry van, utilizing 70% drop and hook operations to minimize dock waiting times. Our freight is 100% no-touch, primarily consisting of automotive loads for smooth operations.

Pay and Miles: Drivers can expect to earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 per week, depending on their hiring location, with weekly mileage between 2,500 and 2,800. The base pay rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Our routes mainly cover areas east of I-35, allowing dedicated drivers to achieve up to 3,000 miles per week. Consistent freight lanes provide reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance coverage starts on the first of the month after 60 days of employment. Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. Drivers become eligible for dedicated accounts after 90 days.
