Home Time: Typically, drivers are out 1-2 weeks based on location and freight. While we strive for weekly home time, two-week stretches may happen. Our schedule runs from Monday to Saturday, allowing for a complete 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained and includes trucks no older than three years, featuring Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck comes equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home, with secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: We operate 100% no-touch freight, primarily with dry van loads and 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock waiting times. Most of our loads consist of automotive goods for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 per week based on your hiring location, with total miles between 2,500-2,800 per week. The base pay is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for completing 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Our primary running area is east of I-35, with dedicated drivers able to achieve up to 3,000 miles weekly. Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance starts on the first of the month after 60 days. We also offer vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, drivers can be eligible for dedicated accounts.
