Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Hockessin, DE
DBS is actively seeking skilled Solo CDL A drivers to become part of our dedicated dry van fleet. We pride ourselves on providing steady freight along with competitive pay packages and reliable home time, ensuring our drivers feel valued and supported.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a dry van truck, delivering freight to various locations.
- Maintain compliance with all safety regulations and traffic laws.
- Keep accurate records of deliveries and adhere to schedules.
Qualifications:
- Valid CDL-A license required.
- At least 2 years of driving experience preferred.
- A strong commitment to safety and customer service.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience
- Clean MVR/PSP
- No DUI or SAP violations
Benefits
- Pay $0.63 CPM
- Freight: Dry Van
- Stop Pay per extra stop: $25
- Layover and detention pay
- Home Time: Every 2 weeks nationwide. Weekly home time available on select routes
- W2 contract with benefits
