Are you a CDL-A driver seeking an exciting OTR opportunity with attractive pay and state-of-the-art equipment? Home Time: Typically, our drivers are out for 1-2 weeks depending on location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, although 2-week periods may occur. Our schedule runs Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet consists of well-maintained vehicles no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home, provided they ensure secured parking.

No Touch Freight: We operate with 100% no-touch freight, primarily automotive loads, and 70% of our operations involve drop and hook, which minimizes dock waiting times.

Pay and Miles: Expect to earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly based on your hiring location, with driving miles ranging from 2,500 to 2,800 per week. Our base pay is between .45 and .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Our operations are primarily east of I-35, with dedicated drivers potentially hitting 3,000 miles per week. Consistent freight lanes ensure a reliable earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance coverage begins on the first of the month after 60 days of employment. We also offer vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, drivers become eligible for dedicated accounts.
