Dry Van Company Driver (W2) - Horn Lake, MS

Are you a CDL-A driver in search of an excellent independent contractor opportunity with competitive pay and modern equipment? American Trucking Group is excited to offer W2 Dry Van driver openings, providing routes across all 48 states and substantial earning potential.

Home Time:

• Spend 3-4 weeks on the road, followed by 4-5 days at home, ensuring you can maximize your earnings and enjoy quality time with family.

Equipment:

• Drive 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia trucks equipped with diesel APU, mini fridges, inverters, and TV mounts, designed for your comfort during long hauls.

No Touch Freight:

• Experience the convenience of refrigerated freight with 100% no-touch operations across all 48 states, including East Coast and Pacific Northwest routes.

Pay and Miles:

• Earn an average of $1,600 to $1,800 weekly, with a compensation structure of $0.60 CPM plus $50 stop pay. Take advantage of a $1,500 sign-on bonus, paid at $150 weekly for the first 10 weeks, plus a 10% profit-sharing bonus at year-end.

Running Area:

• Cover OTR across all 48 states, accessing diverse refrigerated freight opportunities tailored for maximum earnings.

Benefits:

• This position is a 1099 independent contractor role with a passenger policy for those 18 and older at no extra cost. A pet policy is available with a $500 refundable deposit based on the truck's condition upon return.
