Home Time: Typically, drivers are out for 1-2 weeks, varying by location and freight. While we strive for weekly home time, two-week periods may occur. Our schedule runs Monday through Saturday with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: We maintain a fleet of trucks no older than three years, which includes models from Peterbilt, International, and Freightliner. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home, provided they ensure secured parking.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads involve 70% drop and hook operations, reducing waiting times at docks. Our freight is 100% no-touch, primarily consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Expect to earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly, depending on your hiring location, with weekly miles ranging from 2,500 to 2,800. The base rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, along with a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles each month.

Running Area: Routes are mainly located east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential to cover up to 3,000 miles per week. Our consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance starts on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program, along with eligibility for dedicated accounts after 90 days.
