OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Horn Lake, MS by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Role overview:
- Safely operate modern tractors (under 3 years) equipped with APUs, inverters, and sleepers.
- Complete deliveries on schedule, conduct pre/post-trip inspections, and maintain communication with dispatch.
- Perform routine truck care; fast in-house maintenance support is available.
Requirements:
- Valid CDL‑A and a minimum of 12 months verifiable driving experience.
Drivers are home every two weeks and receive full benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k).
