Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights at home

Transport dry van freight coast-to-coast from Hot Springs in sub–3-year-old equipment with APUs, inverters and sleeper cabs.
What You’ll Handle:
- Team-driven long-haul deliveries with a co-driver
- Digital log management and compliance with FMCSA standards
- Routine pre- and post-trip inspections
Driver Advantages:
- 77¢/mile split; weekly averages near 5,000 miles
- Bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections and referrals
- Home every two weeks; health, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k)
- In-house maintenance to keep trucks road-ready
