Are you a CDL-A driver looking for a rewarding OTR position with great pay and modern equipment? Home Time: Typically, drivers are out for 1-2 weeks depending on freight and location. While we aim for weekly home time, two-week trips may happen. Our schedule runs from Monday to Saturday, allowing for a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained, featuring trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck comes equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home, provided they ensure secured parking.

No Touch Freight: All loads are dry van with 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock wait times. We operate entirely with no-touch freight, primarily handling automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Earn between $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly, based on your hiring location, with miles ranging from 2,500 to 2,800 per week. Our base rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a monthly performance bonus of $750 ($0.09 CPM) for those achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Our routes mainly cover areas east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential to reach up to 3,000 miles weekly. Reliable freight lanes ensure steady mileage and earning prospects.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. We also offer vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, drivers become eligible for dedicated accounts.
