- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Operate nationwide dry van runs out of Hydeville, VT with HMD Trucking as a solo OTR CDL‑A driver. Expect steady freight, pay starting at 65¢/mile and typical weekly mileage around 2,500, plus bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections and referrals. You’ll drive late‑model equipment (under 3 years) equipped with APUs, inverters and sleepers, backed by reliable in‑house maintenance to minimize downtime.
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver freight safely and on schedule while following federal and state regulations.
- Conduct thorough pre/post‑trip inspections and secure cargo.
- Keep accurate logs and stay in contact with dispatch.
Requirements:
- CDL‑A and at least 12 months of verifiable experience. Benefits and home every two weeks.
