Dry Van Company Truck Driver (W-2) - Independence, MO
DBS Laredo is looking for dedicated Solo CDL A drivers to become part of our dry van fleet in Independence, Missouri. We provide steady freight, competitive salaries, and reliable home time, ensuring that our drivers are respected and supported.

Your Role Includes:
- Safely deliver freight to various locations.
- Comply with all safety regulations and traffic laws.
- Maintain logs and documentation of your deliveries.
Requirements:
- Valid CDL A license.
- Proven experience with a clean driving record.
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience
- Clean MVR/PSP
- No DUI or SAP violations
Benefits
- Pay $0.63 CPM
- Freight: Dry Van
- Stop Pay per extra stop: $25
- Layover and detention pay
- Home Time: Every 2 weeks nationwide. Weekly home time available on select routes
- W2 contract with benefits
