Home Time: Drivers typically spend 1-2 weeks on the road based on freight and location needs. We strive for weekly home time, although some drivers may be out for two weeks. Our schedule operates Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet consists of trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All vehicles are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers have the option to take their truck and trailer home, ensuring secured parking is their responsibility.

No Touch Freight: Enjoy the convenience of 100% no-touch freight, primarily automotive loads, with approximately 70% drop and hook operations that minimize waiting times at docks.

Pay and Miles: Expect to earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly, depending on your hiring location, with weekly mileage ranging from 2,500 to 2,800 miles. Base pay ranges from .45 to .55 CPM, plus a monthly performance bonus of $750 ($0.09 CPM) for maintaining 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Most routes are located east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential for up to 3,000 miles a week. Our reliable freight lanes ensure consistent mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance coverage begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Other benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program, with eligibility for dedicated accounts after 90 days.
