Home Time: Typically, drivers are on the road for 1-2 weeks based on location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, though some drivers may be out for 2-week periods. The work schedule runs Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained, with all trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Every truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their trucks and trailers home, assuming the responsibility of secured parking.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads are 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads, with 70% drop and hook operations to minimize dock waiting time.

Pay and Miles: Expect to earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 per week based on your hiring location, with weekly miles between 2,500-2,800. The base rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, along with a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles.

Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, dedicated drivers may achieve up to 3,000 miles weekly. Our consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance starts on the first of the month following 60 days. We also provide vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, drivers may qualify for dedicated accounts.
