Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Iowa City, IA
DBS Laredo is looking for experienced Solo CDL A drivers to join our dry van fleet in Iowa City. We offer steady freight, competitive pay, and reliable home time while ensuring our drivers feel supported and respected.
Responsibilities:
- Safely deliver freight across assigned routes.
- Follow all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Keep accurate logs of deliveries and trips.
Requirements:
- Valid CDL-A certification.
- Minimum driving experience with a clean record.
- Commitment to safety and professionalism.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience
- Clean MVR/PSP
- No DUI or SAP violations
Benefits
- Pay $0.63 CPM
- Freight: Dry Van
- Stop Pay per extra stop: $25
- Layover and detention pay
- Home Time: Every 2 weeks nationwide. Weekly home time available on select routes
- W2 contract with benefits
