Home Time: Typically, drivers are out 1-2 weeks at a time, depending on location and freight. While we strive for weekly home time, there may be occasions for 2-week periods. Your schedule will run Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained and consists of vehicles no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers are allowed to take their truck and trailer home, with a responsibility for secured parking.

No Touch Freight: You will handle only dry van loads, with 70% drop and hook operations, which minimizes dock waiting times. We guarantee 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads to ensure efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly based on your hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles per week. Enjoy a base rate of .45, .50, or .55 CPM, along with a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: You’ll primarily operate east of I-35, with potential for 3,000 miles per week for dedicated drivers. Our consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning opportunities.

Benefits: Health insurance starts the first month following 60 days. We also provide vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, you may be eligible for dedicated accounts.
