Are you a CDL-A driver in pursuit of an independent contractor role with remarkable pay and modern equipment? Home Time:

• Spend 3-4 weeks on the road with 4-5 days at home, allowing for extended earning periods while also providing quality time with family and personal commitments.

Equipment:

• Drive our 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia trucks, outfitted with diesel APU, inverters, mini fridges, and TV mounts for optimal comfort during long trips.

No Touch Freight:

• Work with refrigerated freight that features 100% no-touch operations across all 48 states, including specialized routes through the East Coast and Pacific Northwest, such as Washington and Oregon.

Pay and Miles:

• Average earnings range from $1,600 to $1,800 per week, with a pay rate of $0.60 CPM and an additional $50 for each stop. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is available, paid at $150 per week for the first 10 weeks, plus a 10% profit-sharing bonus at the year's end.

Running Area:

• OTR covering all 48 states, with diverse refrigerated freight opportunities tailored for maximum earning potential including specialized routes.

Benefits:

• Enjoy a 1099 independent contractor position with a passenger policy for individuals aged 18 and older at no extra cost. A pet policy is also included with a $500 refundable deposit based on the truck's condition upon return.
