OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Jacksonville, FL by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Join HMD Trucking in Jacksonville to run dry van freight nationwide. You'll drive late-model tractors (under 3 years) with APUs, inverters and sleepers, averaging about 2,500 miles weekly on consistent lanes. In-house maintenance keeps equipment reliable so you can focus on safe deliveries.
Key responsibilities:
- Safely move freight across the country and meet delivery schedules.
- Complete pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs.
- Coordinate with dispatch and comply with ELD and DOT regulations.
Requirements & perks: CDL-A and 12+ months OTR experience required. Pay starts at 65 CPM with bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections and referrals, home every two weeks, health/dental/vision, PTO and a 401(k). You’ll join a driver-focused team that values safety and career growth.
