Home Time: Typically, drivers are out 1-2 weeks at a time based on location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, though 2-week periods may occur. Our schedule runs Monday through Saturday with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet consists of well-maintained trucks, no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, allowing drivers to take their truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads are 100% no-touch freight, primarily composed of automotive loads, enabling efficient operations with 70% drop and hook operations that reduce dock waiting time.

Pay and Miles: Earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly based on your hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles each week. Our base rates range from .45, .50, to .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for completing 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Drivers primarily operate east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential for 3,000 miles per week. Our consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days. Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, drivers may qualify for dedicated accounts.
