Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Johnson City, TN
DBS is seeking experienced Solo CDL A drivers to join our dedicated dry van fleet. We provide consistent freight, competitive pay, and reliable home time while ensuring our drivers are valued and supported.
Responsibilities Include:
- Deliver freight safely and on time to designated locations.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety standards.
- Maintain precise logs of deliveries and vehicle inspections.
Qualifications Needed:
- Valid CDL-A license required.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable driving experience.
- Clean driving history is essential.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience
- Clean MVR/PSP
- No DUI or SAP violations
Benefits
- Pay $0.63 CPM
- Freight: Dry Van
- Stop Pay per extra stop: $25
- Layover and detention pay
- Home Time: Every 2 weeks nationwide. Weekly home time available on select routes
- W2 contract with benefits
