Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Key Responsibilities:
- Pilot under-3-year-old dry van tractors on long-haul assignments
- Maintain accurate logs and uphold regulatory standards
- Conduct detailed pre- and post-trip safety inspections
- Collaborate with dispatch and leverage in-house maintenance
Earn from 65 cents per mile with weekly averages of about 2,500 miles, plus bonuses for safe driving and clean inspections. Drivers enjoy modern trucks equipped with APUs, inverters, and sleepers, biweekly home time, and full benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k).
