Dry Van Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs - Kalispell, MT

Are you a CDL-A driver in search of an independent contractor position that offers excellent compensation and modern equipment? At American Trucking Group, we have 1099 roles available with refrigerated routes across all 48 states and substantial earning potential. Experience the freedom of contracting along with competitive pay and profit-sharing benefits.

Home Time:

  • Spend 3-4 weeks on the road followed by 4-5 days at home for quality family time and personal commitments.

Equipment:

  • Drive our 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia trucks, outfitted with modern amenities including diesel APU, inverters, mini fridges, and TV mounts, ensuring comfort during long hauls.

No Touch Freight:

  • Engage in 100% no-touch refrigerated freight operations throughout all 48 states, including specialized routes on the East Coast and Pacific Northwest through Washington and Oregon.

Pay and Miles:

  • Average weekly earnings ranging from $1,600 to $1,800, with a competitive $0.60 CPM and an extra $50 stop pay. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is offered ($150 weekly for the first 10 weeks), along with a 10% profit-sharing bonus at the end of the year.

Running Area:

  • OTR covering all 48 states with diverse refrigerated freight options aimed at maximizing your earning potential, particularly on specialized routes.

Benefits:

  • This position offers 1099 independent contractor status, with a passenger policy for individuals aged 18 and up at no cost. A pet-friendly policy is also available with a $500 refundable deposit based on the truck's condition upon return.

Requirements
