Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Kansas City, KS
Are you a CDL-A driver in search of an independent contractor opportunity that offers great pay and modern equipment? At American Trucking Group, we provide 1099 positions with dry van routes throughout all 48 states, ensuring substantial earning potential. Experience the independence of contracting with competitive compensation and profit-sharing opportunities.
Home Time:
- 3-4 weeks on the road followed by 4-5 days at home, enabling you to maximize earnings while balancing family time and personal commitments.
Equipment:
- Drive 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia trucks equipped with diesel APU, inverters, mini fridges, and TV mounts designed for comfort during long hauls.
No Touch Freight:
- Handle dry van freight with a 100% no-touch policy across all 48 states, including routes on the East Coast and in the Pacific Northwest.
Pay and Miles:
- Average earnings of $1,600 to $1,800 weekly with a competitive $0.60 CPM plus $50 stop pay. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is available, paid at $150 per week for the first 10 weeks, plus a year-end 10% profit-sharing bonus.
Running Area:
- OTR service covering all 48 states, providing a variety of dry van freight opportunities, including specialized routes to maximize your earning potential.
Benefits:
- This role is a 1099 independent contractor position with a passenger policy for individuals over 18 at no cost. A pet policy is also available with a refundable $500 deposit based on the truck's condition upon return.
