Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Vacancy description
Operate as an OTR solo CDL‑A dry van driver running nationwide lanes out of the Kansas City area. HMD provides strong mileage starting at 0.65 CPM with typical weekly averages near 2,500 miles and bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, and referrals. You’ll drive modern, late‑model tractors with sleepers, APUs and inverters supported by reliable in‑house maintenance and dispatch for consistent freight and schedules.
What you'll do:
- Safely operate dry van equipment and deliver freight across interstate routes.
- Perform pre‑trip inspections and maintain accurate logs and paperwork.
- Communicate with dispatch and meet scheduled delivery windows.
Qualifications & perks:
- Valid CDL‑A and minimum 12 months verifiable experience.
