Home Time:

• Typically out 1-2 weeks based on location and freight.
• We strive for weekly home time, but 2-week periods may occur.
• Schedule runs Monday through Saturday with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment:

• Our fleet is well-maintained and no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models.
• All trucks come equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take trucks and trailers home with secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight:

• All dry van loads are 100% no-touch freight, featuring 70% drop and hook operations to reduce dock waiting times.

Pay and Miles:

• Average earnings are between $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly, depending on the hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles per week.
• Competitive base rate of .45, .50, or .55 CPM plus a $750 monthly performance bonus for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area:

• Primarily east of I-35 with dedicated drivers having the potential for 3,000 miles per week. Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits:

• Health insurance begins the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
• Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. Eligible for dedicated accounts after 90 days.
