Dry Van Company Driver (W2) - Keizer, OR

Home Time:

• Spend 3-4 weeks on the road followed by 4-5 days at home, allowing for extended earning periods and quality time with family.

Equipment:

• Drive 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia trucks that come equipped with diesel APU, inverters, mini fridges, and TV mounts. Our modern fleet is tailored for comfort during long hauls.

No Touch Freight:

• Benefit from 100% no-touch freight operations with refrigerated loads across all 48 states, including dedicated routes on the East Coast and in the Pacific Northwest.

Pay and Miles:

• Earn an average of $1,600 to $1,800 per week, with a pay rate of $0.60 CPM and an additional $50 stop pay. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is available, paid at $150 per week for the first 10 weeks, plus a 10% profit share bonus at the year’s end.

• OTR covering all 48 states with diverse dry van freight opportunities to maximize your earning potential.

Benefits:

• This W2 independent contractor position includes a passenger policy for drivers aged 18+ at no cost. A pet policy is also available with a refundable $500 deposit based on truck condition upon return.
