Are you a CDL-A driver seeking an OTR opportunity with competitive pay and modern equipment? Home Time: Typically out 1-2 weeks, depending on location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, although some drivers may experience 2-week periods. The schedule will run Monday through Saturday, allowing for a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Join our well-maintained fleet, no older than three years, featuring Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. You can take your truck and trailer home, with secured parking being your responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All loads are dry van with 70% drop and hook operations, reducing dock waiting time. Enjoy 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly based on your hiring location, driving 2,500-2,800 miles weekly. The base pay rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Our routes primarily cover areas east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential for up to 3,000 miles per week. Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days. We offer vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. Eligible for dedicated accounts after 90 days.
