Dry Van Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs In Kemp, TX
Join HMD Trucking as we search for experienced OTR Solo CDL A Dry Van Drivers to carry freight nationwide. We offer solid mileage pay starting at 60 CPM, with weekly averages of about 2,500 miles and bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, referrals, and more.
Our Offerings Include:
- Modern trucks less than 3 years old, featuring APUs, inverters, and spacious sleepers.
- Consistent in-house maintenance support to ensure your truck is always road-ready.
- Home every two weeks, with extensive benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.
If you possess a CDL A license and have a minimum of 12 months of driving experience, we encourage you to join HMD for competitive pay, reliable freight, and a team that prioritizes safety and success.
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.60 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Detention Pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
