Home Time: Typically, drivers are out for 1-2 weeks depending on location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, although some 2-week periods may occur. Our schedule runs Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained, consisting of trucks no older than three years, including brands like Peterbilt, International, and Freightliner. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, allowing drivers to take their truck and trailer home with secured parking.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads are 100% no-touch freight, primarily automotive, with 70% drop and hook operations that reduce dock waiting times.

Pay and Miles: You can expect to earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly based on your hiring location, with mileage ranging from 2,500-2,800 miles per week. The base pay rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for maintaining 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Most of our routes are located east of I-35, allowing dedicated drivers to achieve up to 3,000 miles weekly. Our reliable freight lanes ensure consistent mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month following a 60-day period. Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, drivers become eligible for dedicated accounts.
