Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Kokomo, IN

Are you a CDL-A driver looking for an independent contractor position with great pay? American Trucking Group is currently hiring for W2 roles with dry van routes covering all 48 states, offering significant earning potential and the freedom of independent contracting.

Home Time:

• 3-4 weeks on the road followed by 4-5 days at home, providing ample time for family and personal commitments.

Equipment:

• Drive 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia trucks, equipped with diesel APU, inverters, mini fridges, and TV mounts for your comfort during long trips.

No Touch Freight:

• Experience 100% no-touch operations with refrigerated freight across all 48 states, including specialized routes on the East Coast and in the Pacific Northwest.

Pay and Miles:

• Average earnings of $1,600 to $1,800 per week, with a pay rate of $0.60 CPM plus $50 stop pay. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is available, paid at $150 weekly for the first 10 weeks, plus a 10% profit-sharing bonus at year-end.

Running Area:

• OTR covering all 48 states, with diverse refrigerated freight opportunities, including specialized routes for maximum earnings.

Benefits:

• Join us as a W2 independent contractor with a passenger policy for those aged 18 and older at no cost. A pet policy is available with a refundable $500 deposit based on truck condition upon return.
