OTR Dry Van Company Driver (w-2) Job in LA Crosse, WI by Hmd Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Key Responsibilities:
- Transport freight securely and on schedule
- Perform detailed equipment inspections
- Keep precise logs and delivery paperwork
Drive late-model trucks (under three years) equipped with APUs, inverters, and sleepers, supported by dedicated maintenance teams. Earn 65¢ per mile, averaging 2,500 miles weekly, with additional safety, inspection, and referral incentives. Return home every two weeks and access comprehensive health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k) benefits. CDL A and at least 12 months of driving experience required.
