Are you a professional CDL-A driver searching for an independent contractor position with exceptional pay and modern vehicles? American Trucking Group is looking for Dry Van Company Drivers (W2) in Laconia, NH to join our team.

Home Time:

• Stay on the road for 3-4 weeks and then enjoy 4-5 days at home, maximizing your earning potential while allowing time for family and personal commitments.

Equipment:

• Drive 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia trucks, featuring diesel APU, inverters, mini fridges, and TV mounts, designed for your comfort during extended trips.

No Touch Freight:

• Benefit from 100% no-touch refrigerated freight operations across all 48 states, including routes on the East Coast and in the Pacific Northwest.

Pay and Miles:

• Average earnings of $1,600 to $1,800 per week with a pay structure of $0.60 CPM and $50 stop pay.
• Receive a $1,500 sign-on bonus, paid at $150 weekly for the first 10 weeks, plus a 10% profit share bonus at the end of the year.

Running Area:

• Operate OTR across all 48 states with varied refrigerated freight opportunities, including specialized routes for maximum earnings.

Benefits:

• This is a 1099 independent contractor role, with a passenger policy for drivers 18 and older at no cost. A pet policy is also available with a $500 refundable deposit based on truck condition upon return.
