Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Lafayette, LA
DBS Laredo is looking for seasoned Solo CDL A drivers to join our dry van fleet in Lafayette. We focus on providing steady freight, competitive pay, and reliable home time while ensuring our drivers feel respected and supported.

Your Responsibilities:
- Transport goods safely and efficiently.
- Follow all local, state, and federal traffic laws.
- Maintain accurate delivery records.
Qualifications Needed:
- Valid CDL-A license.
- At least 2 years of driving experience.
- A clean driving history with no major infractions.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience
- Clean MVR/PSP
- No DUI or SAP violations
Benefits
- Pay $0.63 CPM
- Freight: Dry Van
- Stop Pay per extra stop: $25
- Layover and detention pay
- Home Time: Every 2 weeks nationwide. Weekly home time available on select routes
- W2 contract with benefits
