Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.82 Split ( when 95% service is achieved)

Vacancy Description
Drive coast-to-coast with HMD Trucking’s OTR team specializing in dry van freight.
Position Details:
- Pilot modern trucks under 3 years old with sleeper cabs and APUs
- Uphold safety and inspection standards for bonus eligibility
- Maintain accurate logs of mileage and deliveries
Benefits Include:
- 77¢/mile split pay with weekly averages around 5,000 miles
- Dedicated in-house maintenance support
- Home every three weeks plus health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k)
Applicants require a CDL A license and at least 12 months of OTR driving experience.
