Are you a CDL-A driver in pursuit of an OTR opportunity with competitive pay and modern equipment? Home Time: You will typically be out for 1-2 weeks at a time, depending on your location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, though 2-week periods may sometimes occur. Your schedule will run Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet consists of trucks that are no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All vehicles are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home with a secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads feature 70% drop and hook operations, which significantly reduce dock waiting time. We operate with 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Average pay ranges from $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly based on your hiring location, covering 2,500-2,800 miles. The base pay is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles each month.

Running Area: Our primary routes are located east of I-35, with dedicated drivers potentially achieving up to 3,000 miles weekly. Consistent freight lanes ensure you have reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance starts on the first of the month following 60 days. Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, dedicated accounts may become available.
