OTR Solo CDL A Dry Van Driver - Lakota, IA
Join HMD Trucking as an experienced OTR Solo CDL A Dry Van Driver running freight nationwide. Our drivers benefit from strong mileage pay starting at 60 CPM, with weekly averages around 2,500 miles and bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, and referrals.

Drivers utilize modern trucks under three years old, featuring APUs, inverters, and comfortable sleepers, complemented by dependable in-house maintenance support. Enjoy home time every two weeks along with a full benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.60 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home
