Home Time:

• OTR drivers are typically on the road for 3 weeks, followed by 3 days at home.
• Those living within 100 miles of Lanagan can opt for 14 days out for improved home time.

Equipment:

• Drive our latest fleet of 2020 or newer Volvo trucks featuring automatic transmissions, APU, inverters, and refrigerators.
• Our trucks are governed at 70 MPH, prioritizing safety and fuel efficiency alongside comfort.

No Touch Freight:

• Enjoy 100% no-touch freight, transporting general freight and food in 53-foot reefer trailers. Our routes span all 48 states with a focus on significant West Coast opportunities, excluding NYC.

Pay and Miles:

• Solo drivers earn $0.54 CPM with a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
• Team drivers earn $0.60 CPM with a $2,500 sign-on bonus per driver.
• Average earnings are $1,500+ per week, with extra pay for detention ($15/hour), stop pay ($15 per drop), and layover pay ($75/day).

Running Area:

• We operate across all 48 states with ample West Coast freight opportunities. Enjoy a robust fuel network through Loves stations and EZ Pass for tolls.

• Medical coverage is available after 30 days, provided by Blue Cross Blue Shield.
• Pet policy offered, along with a passenger policy after 6 months of safe driving, plus a $500 transition bonus on your first paycheck.
