Are you a CDL-A driver looking for an OTR opportunity with competitive pay and modern equipment? Home Time: Typically out for 1-2 weeks based on location and freight requirements. We strive for weekly home time, though 2-week periods may occur. Our schedule runs Monday through Saturday with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained, featuring vehicles no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads utilize 70% drop-and-hook operations, significantly reducing waiting times at docks. Enjoy 100% no-touch freight, primarily made up of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Average earnings of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly depending on your hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles weekly. The base pay is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, with dedicated drivers capable of achieving up to 3,000 miles per week. Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance starts the first month after 60 days. We also provide vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, you may be eligible for dedicated accounts.
