Home Time: Typically, our drivers are out for 1-2 weeks, depending on location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, although some 2-week stints may occur. Our schedule runs from Monday to Saturday, allowing for a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet consists of trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their trucks and trailers home, with secured parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads are no-touch, with 70% drop and hook operations that minimize dock waiting times. Our freight primarily consists of automotive loads for efficient handling.

Pay and Miles: Expect average weekly earnings of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 depending on hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles weekly. The base rate varies from .45 to .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus for 8,000 safe miles each month.

Running Area: Our routes are primarily east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential to achieve up to 3,000 miles a week. Our consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins the first of the month following a 60-day period. We also provide vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K plan. Dedicated accounts are available after 90 days of employment.
