Dry Van Company Driver (W2) - Lancaster, PA

Are you a CDL-A driver in search of an independent contractor role that offers great pay and modern equipment? American Trucking Group is looking for W2 drivers for our dry van routes across all 48 states, providing substantial earning potential. Enjoy the freedom of independent contracting with competitive compensation and profit-sharing options.

Home Time:

• 3-4 weeks out on the road followed by 4-5 days at home, balancing your earning with quality family time.

Equipment:

• Drive our fleet of 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia trucks, equipped with diesel APU, inverters, mini fridges, and TV mounts to ensure comfort during your travels.

No Touch Freight:

• Work with 100% no-touch freight operations across all states, including specialized routes on the East Coast and in the Pacific Northwest.

Pay and Miles:

• Earn between $1,600 and $1,800 weekly, with a pay rate of $0.60 CPM and $50 stop pay. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is available, paid at $150 weekly for the first 10 weeks, plus a 10% profit share bonus at the end of the year.

Running Area:

• Covering all 48 states, providing various dry van freight opportunities that maximize your earning potential.

Benefits:

• This W2 independent contractor position includes a passenger policy for those over 18 at no cost and a pet policy with a $500 refundable deposit based on the truck's condition upon return.
