Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Lancaster, PA
DBS Laredo is actively searching for experienced Solo CDL A drivers to be part of our esteemed dry van fleet. We provide reliable freight, competitive pay, and ensure our drivers enjoy a supportive and respectful work environment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Transport goods to various destinations safely.
- Follow all safety regulations and traffic laws.
- Keep accurate records of all deliveries.
Qualifications Needed:
- Valid CDL A required.
- Relevant driving experience, especially with dry vans.
- A commitment to safety and customer service is essential.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience
- Clean MVR/PSP
- No DUI or SAP violations
Benefits
- Pay $0.63 CPM
- Freight: Dry Van
- Stop Pay per extra stop: $25
- Layover and detention pay
- Home Time: Every 2 weeks nationwide. Weekly home time available on select routes
- W2 contract with benefits
