Dry Van Company Driver (W2) - Laredo, TX
Are you a CDL-A driver in search of a rewarding independent contractor opportunity with excellent pay and modern equipment? Join American Trucking Group as a W2 Dry Van driver, with refrigerated routes available across all 48 states and significant earning potential.
Home Time:
- 3-4 weeks on the road followed by 4-5 days at home, ensuring quality time with family and personal commitments.
Equipment:
- Drive a 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia truck, equipped with diesel APU, inverters, mini fridges, and TV mounts to enhance comfort during long hauls.
No Touch Freight:
- Enjoy 100% no-touch refrigerated freight operations throughout all 48 states, including specialized routes on the East Coast and in the Pacific Northwest.
Pay and Miles:
- Average earnings of $1,600 to $1,800 per week, with a competitive $0.60 CPM and $50 stop pay. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is offered, paid out at $150 weekly for the first 10 weeks, plus a 10% profit share bonus at the end of the year.
Running Area:
- OTR driving covering all 48 states, providing diverse refrigerated freight options for maximum earning potential.
Benefits:
- This 1099 independent contractor position includes a passenger policy for those aged 18 and over at no cost and a pet policy with a $500 refundable deposit based on truck condition upon return.
