Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Las Cruces, NM
DBS Laredo is looking for proficient Solo CDL A drivers to be part of our dry van fleet in Las Cruces. We offer stable freight, competitive pay, and reliable home time while ensuring our drivers feel valued and supported.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a dry van truck to deliver goods safely and on time.
- Follow all transportation laws and safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and maintain accurate delivery logs.
Qualifications:
- Valid CDL A license.
- Proven driving experience with a clean driving record.
- Strong commitment to safety and professionalism.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience
- Clean MVR/PSP
- No DUI or SAP violations
Benefits
- Pay $0.63 CPM
- Freight: Dry Van
- Stop Pay per extra stop: $25
- Layover and detention pay
- Home Time: Every 2 weeks nationwide. Weekly home time available on select routes
- W2 contract with benefits
