Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Laurel, DE
DBS is seeking skilled Solo CDL A drivers to join our dry van fleet in Laurel, DE. We provide competitive pay, steady freight, and a supportive work atmosphere, ensuring our drivers enjoy reliable home time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a dry van truck for timely deliveries.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and adhere to schedules.
Qualifications:
- A valid CDL-A license is essential.
- At least 2 years of driving experience preferred.
- Strong focus on safety and customer service.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience
- Clean MVR/PSP
- No DUI or SAP violations
Benefits
- Pay $0.63 CPM
- Freight: Dry Van
- Stop Pay per extra stop: $25
- Layover and detention pay
- Home Time: Every 2 weeks nationwide. Weekly home time available on select routes
- W2 contract with benefits
