Are you a CDL-A driver looking for a fulfilling independent contractor role that offers competitive pay and modern equipment? Home Time: Enjoy 3-4 weeks on the road followed by 4-5 days at home, allowing you to balance earning opportunities with quality family time.

Equipment: Drive our fleet of 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia trucks, equipped with diesel APU, inverters, mini fridges, and TV mounts for your comfort during long hauls.

No Touch Freight: You will handle no-touch freight operations across all 48 states, including specialized routes on the East Coast and in the Pacific Northwest.

Pay and Miles: Average earnings of $1,600 to $1,800 weekly with a pay rate of $0.60 CPM plus $50 stop pay. A $1,500 sign-on bonus will be allocated as $150 weekly for the first 10 weeks, plus a 10% profit-sharing bonus at year-end.

Running Area: Operate OTR across all 48 states, with a variety of dry van freight opportunities that enhance your earning potential.

Benefits: This W2 independent contractor position includes a passenger policy for individuals over 18 at no extra cost, as well as a pet policy with a $500 refundable deposit based on truck condition when returned.
